overview

This sliding material uses PTFE as the base material. It has extremely excellent self-lubrication and low friction, and is particularly effective under low speed and high load conditions. It can also withstand severe temperature changes, and absorbs the effects of dead and live loads caused by earthquakes and other events with its smooth sliding, preventing the occurrence of dangerous stress.

Features

low friction coefficient: An extremely low coefficient of friction is achieved under low speed and high load conditions.
Smooth sliding characteristics: There is no phenomenon such as self-fusion or stick-slip, and it smoothly absorbs fluctuations such as expansion and contraction of heavy loads.
Completely self-lubrication: A completely oil-free sliding material that does not require maintenance such as lubrication.
Simple design: It is easy to process, and a thin pad is attached to the sliding surface, allowing for a simple and compact design.
Excellent Weatherability: Even when exposed outdoors, it is hardly affected by weather or climate. It also does not rust or corrode, and its friction coefficient remains stable over a wide range of temperatures.
