Food manufacturing/ heat resistance belts

CHUKOH FLO™ fluoroplastic belts are products made by coating glass cloth or aramid cloth with fluoroplastic into an endless belt shape. They are mainly used in food manufacturing processes and as heat resistance belts, but are also used as industrial belts in various manufacturing processes for textiles, building materials, plastics, ceramics, etc. You can choose from a wide variety of material configurations and colors to suit your application and usage conditions, such as coat guide devices and pin guide devices.

List of rubber materials used in R-type belts
Abbreviation name Features
NBR Nitrile rubber type It is a white rubber base material with properties such as heat resistance and oil resistance.
BRP type belts comply with standards for foods, additives, etc. (Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare Notification No. 20), so they can be used safely for food transport purposes.
ⅡR Butyl rubber type Based on butyl rubber with a maximum operating temperature of 150°C,
You can choose the combination with each fluoroplastic surface material (PFA film, PTFE film, G-type fabric).
It has properties such as heat resistance, acid resistance, and alkali resistance.
CR Chloroprene rubber type The chloroprene rubber type has well-balanced properties such as heat resistance, oil resistance, and ozone resistance, and is primarily used for transporting rubber and resin at high temperatures.
ACM Acrylic rubber type It boasts the highest heat resistance among R-type belts (maximum operating temperature 180°C). Taking advantage heat resistance and non-stick characteristics of fluoroplastic surface, it can be used under harsh conditions.
SI silicone rubber It has the highest heat resistance (200℃) among R-type belts, and has characteristics such as non-stick characteristics and grip. It can also be used for food conveying because it complies with the standards for utensils and container packaging. In addition, because the rubber is soft, it can also be used for small diameter pulleys.
