History
- 1963
- Established Chukoh Fibers Company, Ltd.
Entered into technical cooperation with Dodge Fibers, Inc. of the United States and changed the company name to Japan Dodge Fibers Co., Ltd. - 1964
- Completed factory in Matsuura, Nagasaki Prefecture, and began full-scale production of fluoroplastic products.
- 1977
- Company name changed to Chukoh Chemical Industries, Ltd.
- 1982
- The first permanent construction project using fluoroplastic material is completed.
Introduction of TQC activities - 1985
- Engaging in research and development of biodegradable plastic products
- 1991
- Matsuura Factory No. 2 was completed as a production base exclusively for fabrics (fluoroplastic impregnated glass cloth).
- 1996
- ISO9002:1994 certified

- The Utsunomiya Factory was completed in Kanuma, Tochigi Prefecture as a production base for fluoroplastic tubes and Injection molding products
- 2001
- As part of our environmental business, we began to fully engage in the development and sale of biodegradable plastic products, and launched the Eco Products Department as a dedicated department.

- Entered the silicone coating business
(Specialty Coating Division established and began coating automotive side curtain airbags) - 2007
- A new factory was completed in line with the expansion of the silicone coating business (a factory dedicated to coating automotive side curtain airbags).

- Obtained ISO 14001:2004 certification. Established Chukoh Membrane Co., Ltd., a sales company for fluoroplastic membrane materials.

- Established Chukoh Belt Co., Ltd., a sales company for fluoroplastic belts.

- Constructing a new factory dedicated to adhesive tapes
- 2011
- Established local subsidiary Chukoh Chemical Trading (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. in China.
North Kanto Sales Office opened.
Established a manufacturing subsidiary in China, ``Zhongko Kasei Plastic Products (Changshu) Co., Ltd.''
Opened a representative office in Bangkok, Thailand - 2012
