This tape is made of aluminum film with high thermal conductivity coated with heat-dissipating paint with high emissivity. It converts heat into infrared rays and dissipates it.

Applications

・Heat dissipation for heat-generating components (IC chips, diodes) and housings
・Electromagnetic wave shielding

Features

By mixing fluoroplastic, it has Weatherability.
●By sticking it directly to a heating element, it can provide a heat diffusion effect through radiant heat dissipation.
●Since the total thickness is thin at approximately 110 μm, it can be used in places where space is limited or where lightweight is required.
●At high frequencies (@1GHz to 6GHz), there is an attenuation effect of approximately 50dB.
●It is also possible to punch out specified shapes.

Heat dissipation effect

[1] When a 50mm x 50mm radiation heat dissipation sheet PAL-350A was applied, the heat dissipation effect was approximately 38°C.

Test method: Treat the heating element as an IC chip and measure the temperature change of the heating element after 10 minutes
