overview
This adhesive tape was developed for use in covering the heater of a heat sealing machine. The center section is left uncoated with adhesive, so the adhesive does not come into direct contact with the heater, preventing stains and glue residue and extending the life of the tape.
Applications
・Heat sealer release application
・Used for pressing plate release of cotton, nonwoven fabric, etc.
・High temperature electrical insulation coating
- For temporary fastening when bundling cables
Operating temperature limit
-60°C to +200°C

Features
●The center of the adhesive surface is not coated with adhesive, so the glue will not melt due to high temperatures.
●Since the adhesive area is small, it can be easily removed even if it is only temporarily attached.
●The tape surface non-stick characteristics, has excellent releasing ability, lowest friction, chemical resistance and water repellent performance.
●Excellent electric insulation and dimensional stability.
● Comply with Food Sanitation Act Amendment (enforced from June 1, 2020) in Japan as food apparatus, containers and packaging.
