Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene adhesive tape with antistatic properties in the adhesive too!
Chukoh Chemical Industries, Ltd. has developed "xAUB-112J," an ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene adhesive tape in which both the base material and adhesive have antistatic properties.
Compared to the conventional product "AUB-112B," in which only the base material has an antistatic effect, the volume resistivity has been reduced from 8.5 x 10 16 to 4.8 x 10 6.
If you want to reduce static electricity when replacing tape, or if you are looking for a product with stronger anti-static properties, be sure to give this product a try.
It can be used in temperature environments below 80°C.
Product details
This product uses ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene film containing conductive carbon as a base material and is coated with an acrylic adhesive containing conductive carbon.
Since it has conductive properties in the thickness direction, it is possible to suppress electrostatic charge generation when the tape is peeled off.
