Centerless fluoroplastic adhesive tape
Chukoh Chemical Industries, Ltd. has developed "xASF-122," a fluoroplastic adhesive tape for use with the heater of a heat sealing machine.
Since the adhesive does not adhere to the heater part of the heat sealing machine, the heater's lifespan can be extended.
In addition, it can reduce adhesion of adhesive to the cable when insulating the cable.
It can be used in temperature environments below 200°C.

This is a product that does not have adhesive applied to the center of fluoroplastic adhesive tape "ASF-121FR."
Since the adhesive does not come into direct contact with the heater, the heater is less likely to get dirty, which extends the life of the heater and tape.

We also have a similar product, "AGF-102," an adhesive tape for heat sealing machines that uses glass cloth as a base material. Like xASF-122, AGF-102 has no adhesive applied to the center, so the adhesive does not come into direct contact with the heater, preventing stains and glue residue and extending the life of the tape. The difference with xASF-122 is that it uses glass cloth as a base material, giving it excellent mechanical strength.
