Chukoh Chemical Industries, Ltd. has developed "xASB-110C," a fluoroplastic adhesive tape with antistatic properties in both the base material and adhesive.
Compared to the conventional product "ASB-110," in which only the base material has an antistatic effect, the volume resistivity has been reduced from 6.3 x 10 16 to 2.5 x 10 6.
If you want to take measures against static electricity on plastic tubes, if you want to reduce the generation of static electricity when replacing tape, or if you are looking for a product with stronger anti-static properties, be sure to give this product a try.
It can be used in temperature environments below 200°C.
Product details
This product has a base material of fluoroplastic containing conductive carbon, coated with a silicone-based adhesive containing conductive carbon.
Since it has conductive properties in the thickness direction, it is possible to suppress electrostatic charge generation when the tape is peeled off.
