Bag making refers to the process of processing plastic film into bags.
There are various types of bags, such as stand packs, zipper bags, and gassho bags.
These bags are made by feeding plastic film through a machine and then using a heater to heat and press the areas to be sealed.
This thermocompression bonding method is generally called "heat sealing."
This heat sealing process involves melting and bonding plastic film, and heat and pressure above the melting point of the plastic film are applied. At that time, it is necessary to prevent the heater and film from sticking together, so a material with heat resistance and releasing ability is required.
In order to produce large quantities of bags and increase productivity, heat sealing may be performed at high temperatures of over 150 °C for a short period of time.
Our fluoroplastic adhesive tapes have excellent heat resistance, releasing ability and non-stick characteristics, making them suitable for use in a variety of heat sealing applications where heat resistance and releasing ability are required.
