Adhesive tape (Chukoh tape)
ASF-125A(MX)
- Adhesive tape (Chukoh tape)
- Fluororesin fluoroplastic substrate
- ROHS Directive
overview
This adhesive tape uses a high-strength, low-elongation fluoroplastic (PTFE) film as a base material, with a silicone adhesive applied to one side. This product has stronger stiffness than ASF-115(MX), and also has improved tensile strength and heat resistance.
Applications
・Protection of polyethylene laminator rolls
・Use as roll masking and belt to prevent adhesion
- Applications requiring low elongation
Operating temperature limit
-60°C to +250°C
Features
●The color will be light gray.
●Has superior tensile strength compared to ASF-115 (MX) and ASF-118A.
●The maximum operating temperature of the ASF-115 (MX) is 200°C, while the ASF-125A (MX) has a maximum operating temperature of 250°C, making it more heat resistance.
●The tape surface non-stick characteristics, has excellent releasing ability, surface smoothness, and water repellent performance.
●Excellent electric insulation and chemical resistance.
● Comply with Food Sanitation Act Amendment (enforced from June 1, 2020) in Japan as food apparatus, containers and packaging.
