PTFE integral tanks are seamless, completely integrated tanks made using the isostatic molding method. Therefore, there is no need to worry about liquid leakage. We can manufacture tanks of various sizes and shapes to suit your needs, including single tanks, round tanks, and overflow tanks.

What is isostatic forming?
Isostatic molding is a molding method that uses water pressure and is also known as wet pressure molding.
The mold is filled with powdered PTFE and immersed in a high-pressure vessel. Hydrostatic pressure is then applied as the molding pressure, and the powdered PTFE is compressed to the shape of the mold with uniform pressure to perform preforming.
After that, it is heated in a kiln to fuse the particles together, and finally cooled to complete the process.
Unlike direct pressure molding, this molding method applies uniform pressure to the PTFE material, resulting in superior strength.

●The position of the drain hole can be designed freely.
●Tapering of the bottom part is also possible.
