Copper-clad laminates

CHUKOH FLO™ copper clad laminates are products made by laminating fluoroplastic impregnated glass cloth or fluoroplastic film, and then heat-fusing electrolytic copper foil onto one or both sides. Our unique fluoroplastic impregnation technology allows us to provide substrates with precise thickness and dielectric constant, and we have a long and extensive track record in the development of communication technology.

Main Features

- Excellent heat resistance.
- It has a stable dielectric constant over a wide frequency range.
-Has extremely small dielectric tangent in the high frequency band.

Main uses

Satellite communications, satellite broadcasting, various mobile communications systems such as next-generation mobile phones, non-stop electronic toll collection systems (ETC) and automated highway systems (AHS) in ITS (Intelligent Transport Systems), wireless local area networks (WLL), CPUs, measuring instruments, satellite-mounted equipment, etc.
