Chukoh Chemical's "Declaration" on Complaint Handling
Chukoh Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. "declares" to customers that it will promptly respond to complaints in order to improve customer satisfaction.
Specifically, we will take the following measures:
・苦情の連絡をお受けした際に、内容および緊急度の確認をさせていただき、社内において代品の可否、発送日、補修可否などの初動対応を行います。
・原因と対策に関しましては、3営業日を目標に苦情内容に対しての一次回答（※）を行います。

- If we are unable to determine the nature of your complaint, we will respond with a schedule for us to inspect the item on-site.
